Remember the day you decided
to start your business?

You were full of excitement. The freedom! The flexibility! The thought of finally working around your life, not the other way round.

But fast-forward a few months and reality hits.

There’s no in-house HR anymore.
No one doing your payroll.
No team to bounce ideas off, no manager to keep you focused.
And certainly no one to remind you to take a lunch break.

Suddenly, you’re the CEO, marketing team, customer service rep, accountant and chief tea-maker. And somehow, you’re still expected to show up with a smile, post on socials, and grow the business of your dreams.

It’s no wonder so many women in business end up overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in procrastination cycles, or doubting themselves entirely.

I know, because I’ve been there too.

“With new processes put in place, I’ve been able to streamline my business, freeing up valuable time that I can now invest in generating even more income”

hi i’m verity

Somatic Trauma-Informed Business Coach, neurodivergent entrepreneur and the founder of The Tower Tribe.

After years of working alongside my sister-in-law in our award-winning social media agency, I went solo. And while I was ready for the next chapter, I wasn’t ready for the loneliness.

No one to talk to.
No one to share the hard days, or the wins.

Just me, doing all the things, second-guessing everything, and being far kinder to my clients than I ever was to myself.

Sound familiar?

That’s what led me to create The Tower Tribe; a supportive, trauma-informed space for women in business who love working for themselves, but don’t want to do it by themselves.

about the group

A supportive, trauma-informed space for women in business who are done doing it all alone.
A space where we grow together through connection, community, and coaching that understands the nervous system. Whether you’re neurodiverse, navigating burnout, or just craving real support that goes beyond
surface-level strategy, you’re in the right place.
This is business with heart, at your pace, on your terms, with people who truly get it.

This isn’t your average business group

Here’s what you get as a member:

We’re a real, honest community.

We’re neurodiverse-friendly (because not everyone thrives with traditional business advice).

We’re trauma-informed (because your nervous system matters just as much as your strategy).

And we focus on practical support, community connection, and the kind of growth that feels safe, sustainable, and genuinely aligned.
